Max Henry

has been one of parkour’s biggest nerds since he fell in love with the sport in 2007. Over the past 15 years of coaching, Max has been lucky enough to share parkour across most of North America and Europe - with occasional side quests in Brazil, Iceland, and South Africa.

While he has spent most of the last decade practicing and coaching parkour at the highest level, it did not come easily. Early struggles with fear and technique helped Max develop a unique approach that balances a deep knowledge of the sport’s mechanics with an understanding that finding your own way is one of parkour’s biggest joys.

Max’s current program - Maximum Returns - is designed for athletes with one year of training experience or more, and is intended to create structure and guidance to help athletes take their technical ability and power output to the next level.

Maximum Tech provides athletes with technical parkour prompts, drills, and challenges to help structure 3 weekly training sessions. It is updated every Sunday evening and has scaling options for any parkour athlete familiar with fundamental vaulting, jumping, and swinging techniques.

Maximum Returns includes additional strength & conditioning programming for athletes who want to balance their technical parkour training with a complimentary weightlifting program that takes into account an athlete’s overall training load. Athletes who are interested should be familiar with weightlifting fundamentals in addition to technical parkour fundamentals.

Both programs are available for a free 7-Day Trial here through Train Heroic.
